Shows the amount of Purified Chi (which increases the absorption of your next Celestial Brew by 20% per stack) stacks in a bar.
(since you can reach up to 10 stacks I have hidden every 2nd tick for readability reasons - you can re-enable them in the Display tab)
Bar color shows the remaining duration of your Purified Chi buff:
> 10 sec: Green
> 5 sec: Yellow
> 0 sec: Red
Note: The energy bar is not part of this WA (it is just a customized ElvUI power bar)
