Easily customizable WA group to track power word: shield buff and weakened soul debuff by tracing unit frames when power word: shield has been applied.

On application:
- Unit frame border will be traced with two offset colors - yellow and magenta.
- Yellow represents the power word: shield buff; magenta represents the weakened soul debuff.
- Yellow trace color will be removed from the unit frame once the shield either breaks or expires.
- If the shield breaks or expires before weakened soul expires, the unit frame will continue to be traced in magenta, indicating that the player is still affected by weakened soul and cannot receive another shield.
- If weakened soul expires before the shield breaks, the unit frame will only be traced in yellow, indicating that the player still has an active shield, and can receive a fresh application

The weakened soul debuff and power word shield buff are handled by separate weak auras within the group, making it easy to adjust the color, highlight thickness, particle numbers, etc to your liking.
Only works for power word: shield ranks 12 -14. To work with other ranks, you'll need to manually add the spell IDs to the trigger condition.
