This fixes pyro munching by reducing failure rate of regular /cqs macros.
You will see a micro stutter, which is what causes the delay to be reliable.
For custom options:
The 'Window' is the time in ms that you have to click at the end of a spell, think it of an artificial spell queue. The lower the value, the faster you'll need to click. I'd recommend 150. The lower the value, the shorter the stutter, as it 'freezes' your game for that amount of time to stop you from casting a pyro.
The offset allows you to add extra delay in ms to your spell, whether less or more. So if you find your pyros still too close to the fireball, you can add 50ms, and see if that helps.
Replace your pyro macro, it will only add delays when you're currently casting a fireball or pyro, so you will not have delays when using hot streaks without any cast with it.
