Enemy castbar replacement weakaura for Dragonflight. Disable any other mods showing enemy castbar for best results.
Pink Bar: Your interrupt is on CD. If no target spell being cast, shows your interrupt CD.
Red Bar: Target cast cannot be interrupted
Green Bar: Your interrupt is not on CD
You can change bar colors as desired on the Conditions tab.
