Mouseover the displayed icon to show a table showing which buffs the people in your raid have. It sorts the buffs into categories - flasks, battle elixirs, guardian elixirs, food, scrolls, and jewelcrafting necklaces.
The table only updates when it is mouseovered instead of realtime for good performance. It does not track every buff in the game in these categories, just the ones that are relevant for TBC raiding. For example, an Elixir of Minor Defense would not should up in the guardian elixir category.
