Update 3Dec 2018 - Added a Custom Option setting for the max number of deaths to show.

-- Handled resses, now has a Condition you can set (default to lower alpha) and shows the text "RESSED"" in red.
Shows dead raiders, along with some brief info about what killed them.
Icon can be moused over for a tooltip.
By default the frames will glow if the player is a tank and go red if the player was one-shot.
These can be changed in Conditions; to show other roles or react differently than glowing, for example.
