This is a meme WA that whispers your party/raid members, when their death successfully resets your Manic Grieftorch. It also plays a "Ka-ching" sound, so you can bathe in their misery while pushing the top of the dps meters.
Note: Since it only gets the character name of the dead player, and not the server, it only whispers people on your server. But I thought that not too problematic, since that way you mostly only annoy your guildies. (and some unfortunate others)
