**NB I have not yet fixed this for the new Venthyr ability. I'll probably go back and update this any any of the other ones if needed right before launch, but I don't wanna fiddle with them until Blizzard is done with most major iteration
I do plan on making one final section for tracking utility abilities when I have some more time, which will be posted both as its own part and integrated into this, so check back for updates. Probably some time during prepatch but before the expansion drops.
