10 random players are debuffed on mythic and only 6 need to primarily play the mechanic, the rest is backup (hibernate icon, see first picture)
The weakaura checks the ExRT note (see 2nd picture) and assigns the first 6 players based on the priority / note.
The "better" players in your guild should be put further up in the list.
you don't have to specify all players in the note, just the ones who are good at handling the mechanic.

example scenario:
following players get a debuff
SomeName3
SomeName1
SomeName9
SomeName5
in that case:
- SomeName1 is assigned with star since the remaining ones are mentioned below him in the note
- SomeName3 is assigned with circle
- SomeName5 is assigned with diamond
- SomeName9 is assigned with triangle
