Displays a visual when the target is under the effect of either HoJ, Cheap Shot, or Kidney Shot, as well as providing a visual cue when the stun has one second remaining for easier overlap. Also displays a warning / reminder to refrain from stunning if the target is currently whirlwinding (and therefor immune).
