[Scallywags] Prototype Night Hunter Range

Creates a circle when u get the Debuff "Night Hunter" on mythic difficulty. In the middle is a timer showing the time left on the debuff. If the circle is red, you will cleave someone with the "Insatiable Hunger" and you won't if the circle is green. Uses TTS to tell you which marker you got and displays it.
