Searing Nightmare, visible trigger icon based on insanity. It will pop up once you can cast one and it will stay up as long as you can cast it up to 2. Once you hit 100 insanity it will alert you that you have 2 casts ready to be cast. If your insanity drops bellow 50 then the icon/alert will disappear completely.
