Counts fury spent to 175 then shows buff
Takes into account talents that change fury cost of spells.
Customize how you want: remove progress bar and show only #/175, or even replace icon with a reverse progress bar to keep up the buff.
(note: opening /wa and adjusting settings can desync the fury cost with the tracker, if this happens a relog will fix and sync)
