This Weakaura will let you keep track of your enrage buff. It will display a symbol when you proc enrage and it will slowly drain this symbol, and once it's fully drained, your enrage buff is gone.
Make sure your Spell Alert Opacity is turned off. Go into the Game menu (escape) then click on Interface, then click on Combat and make sure Spell Alert Opacity is all the way to "Off".
