Clickable reminder buttons for personal buffs from consumables in instances.

Mashed up and modified a few different WA packages from different people in order to suit my needs.
- Clickable buffs for Augment Runes, Flasks, Armor Kits, Weapon Oils/Stones, and Food.
- Separate food icons for each stat
- Shows number of each buff item you currently have in bags
- Set by default to only show buttons in instances, and for items you have more than 0 of
- Set by default to not show Spectral Flask if you have an Eternal Flask in inventory
- Set by default to not show Augment Runes if you have an Eternal Rune in inventory
- Set by default to only show Stones and Shadowcore Oils if you are currently in a DPS or Tank spec
- Set by default to only show Embalmer's Oils if you are currently in a Healer spec
- Will correctly detect if your Main and Off Hand weapons uses Sharpening or Weightstones and displays the appropriate icon accordingly
