This just pops an icon up if you have the trinket So'leah's Secret Technique equipped and do not have the buff active while in a group. It does not appear in solo play. I may modify this later on to show a CD when the buff is wearing off.
It does currently appear in solo Torghast due to the fact that Torghast always puts you in a group, even playing solo. I haven't figured out a workaround yet.
