Currently only tracks "Static Charge" by Curator's Volatile Energy adds. Let me know if you think there's other stuff worth tracking.

This is currently not in a dynamic group, so it only works w/ the one ability. Put it inside of Reloe's WA group if you're going to track more spells than just "Static Charge".
