Cobbled together from a few other WAs to do exactly what I want. Puts the name of each spiteful target underneath the ghost's nameplate, and if their target is you, it also puts a highlight on the nameplate and tells you that you are targeted in audio. Ghosts that are targeting other party members will not have the highlight and will not play any audio by default.

I also use a custom nameplate colour for these (via plater, not WA). I recommend it.
