Tracks Primordial Wave, Riptide count and the Splintered Elements buff. Centre number is how many riptides you have active and therefore the haste buff multiplier. A glow alerts you to Primordial Wave being available and then when cast, reminds you to cast Healing Wave to trigger the buff. Finally it shows the haste buff duration of Splintered Elements.
