A simple aura that triggers a short water drop sound effect when you successfully shatter an Ice Lance or/and Glacial Spike:
1) After a BF/Flurry proc
or
2) If the target is frozen by your Frost Nova, pet's Freeze or Glacial Spike's freeze effect.
