Not all bars are enabled by default. Pick and choose what you want to track. By default the Drain Life, Smash, Eye Knockback, Aura of Decay, Twisted Reflection and Annihilate are turned on.
Besides the bars this WA will also give audio warnings.
This WA will also warn you when you have 5 or more decay stacks.
