Adds clickable buttons to the flight map to fly to certain places like
* Oribos
* your Covenant Sanctum
* a flight point closest to the specified dungeon.
For more buttons, simply duplicate any instance aura and select the desired fly point from the dropdown menu in the custom options.
If no custom name or instance id is configured, the name display defaults to the fly points name.
