Creates two separate castbars for autoshot and abilities.
Includes
-autoshot castbar with marker for shot queueing
-ability castbar
-gcd bar
-melee swing timer
-autoshot delay timer (how much last auto was clipped)
-optional inwards moving autoshot bar or R2L single bar
-out of combat alpha toggle (hide or fade when not in combat)
Switch to single R2L bar by ticking the box in the auras custom options

(Top brown bar is melee swing timer, which currently keeps being reset by steady casts - I think this is a bug on weakauras end and should fix itself if they patch, same with aimed shot not resetting ranged swing timer)
