Seal Twist Proc weak aura. This weak aura tracks a Max-Rank Seal of Blood and a rank 1 Seal of Command.
It can be modified in the trigger options by changing the ID/name of the second seal you wish to track.
I couldn't find any weak aura tracking those 2 so I created one and wished to share it.
Seal of Command IDs:
Rank 1: 20424
Rank 2: 20944
Rank 3: 20945
Rank 4: 20946
Rank 5: 20947
