This group tracks the virtually all major DPS cooldowns and talents in various ways for all 3 specs. This covers basically any talent that is a cooldown, such as Killing Spree, Ghostly Strike, Marked for Death, Shuriken Tornado, Secret Technique, etc. as well as buff oriented talents such as Master Assassin, Subterfuge, Loaded Dice, and Alacrity.
