Includes some modifications to broadcast TTD_UPDATE event with time
Used by other weak auras (like trinkets) to respond to certain thresholds
- Ex: At 32s until boss dies, Death Wish on Killsplatter's Fury Warrior UI sparks up

Health Bar
- Repeating heartbeat plays when below 30% health cause YOU GONNA DIE
  - Heartbeat stops if you go above 50% health or drop combat or, you know, die
Rage Bar
Mana Bar
- White spark on the bar is 5SR (5 Second Rule):
  - After a cast, the "slow drag" is the 5SR kicking in
  - After 5SR ends, mana regeneration resumes normally
  - While regenerating, the "fast drag" is regeneration ticks
- Purple spark bar below mana is the "walk drink" bar
  - You have ~0.5s when the spark hits the end of the bar to drink
  - If you "make it", you will get a full tick of mana from your water
Healthstone
- Glows when <50% HP and have one

Cast Bar
Weapon Enchants
- When no Weapon Enchant, shows desaturated Main Hand weapon
- With Weapon Enchant, shows active border and remaining duration
- Shows offhand for Warriors / Rogues, otherwise, shows Wizard Oil
Mana / Wizard Oil (Druid, Mage, Priest, Shaman, Paladin, Warlock)
