This weakaura appears if:
1) icy veins cd is <10
2) time warp is not on cd
3) exhausted/sated/fatigued/timewarp debuff is applied to you (aka raidlust was already used)
4) shard is equipped
5) time warp buff is not active
if all 5 are true then it will show "lust" text until icy veins comes off cooldown.
I recommend some sound to notice it better - the sound I specified under actions doesn't work for you since you're lacking the custom sound.
if you're just as retarded as me and forget to bl at times then this is for you.
This wa is for second (personal) time warp
