Automatic Tabard Weaving.
Intended use is to set custom "flags" for macro conditions such as
[worn:tabard] or [noworn:tabard]
same thing for "shirt", which will be implemented as automatic weaving in future.
Takes off Tabard when targeting a boss or target of certain max-hp out of combat.
Puts Tabard back on when any target change happens or combat is left.
Visit Custom Options to toggle automatic execution, set the max-hp,
or specify a tabard; otherwise it will default to the first tabard in your bags.
