[TRINKET] Ominous Chromatic Essence Tracker

This WA shows your party/raid stat buffs associated with the Ominous Chromatic Essence trinket. It is only loaded when the trinket is equiped and is compatible with all languages. It consists of three sections as shown in the following image:

In the first section (red square in the image) there is simply a large icon showing the current main stat buff of your own trinket, that is, the option chosen by you.

The second section (blue square in the image) will show the stat buffs that other members of your party/raid are currently giving to you.

The last section (green square in the image) will only show up if you are not currently benefiting from all secondary buffs and multiple members of your party/raid (including yourself) have the same stat buff selected. This means that you are not benefiting from all possible buffs and you could, since there are several who selected the same stat buff in their trinket. It is shown with a lit glow and pulse animation (as shown in the GIF) to clearly indicate that this is happening, however this section will be hidden in combat, during an encounter, or during the course of an M+, since at those times it is not possible to change the equipment and the alert is intended to be non-intrusive. The icon indicates that a specific stat buff exists in duplicate in your party/raid and the number indicates how many duplicates there are of it. The name of people with the same buff is also indicated.
