UnhaltedUI: Turn Off Ambient Sounds

There is an annoying bug that keeps forcing Ambient Sounds to be on. This WeakAura will load when your player Enters The World or you Reload Your UI.

It'll print Ambient Sounds: Off in the chat when it is successful.
