Basic WA which attempts to reproduce the alert and timer when interrupted and locked out of a given school of magic for Burning Crusade Classic.
If you would prefer to change the icon for any of the schools of magic available to a class, you can just change the spell cooldown being watched.
Note that it doesn't work exactly as in retail (yet…) and I've also omitted the red spark frame that attaches to Blizzard loss of control frame since it is quite distracting. A quirk that arises is that the alert may last up to just under 1 GCD longer on your screen than the actual lockout if you trigger the GCD right before the school lockout ends.
