Shows the add fixates (also if it's on you), arrow chains on you, and orbs for interrupts. Easy to spot and deal with.
I recommend using Overlapping (not Stacking) nameplates to see the fixate adds distances easier, when they stack it can be misleading and they can be right next to you, smacking your face.
