Whirlwind Overlay

This WA is inspired from the Progress WAs.
It will overlay a circle over Slayers who are Whirlwinding based on their nameplate
It will also do this for Deathknight Captains in Naxxramas
It shows the duration of the Whirlwind

It turns yellow if you are > 8 yards away, this feature will not work the same for all classes but its absolutely accurate for Warriors
