Made after the iconic question asked by IQ to Moadmoad, "Why you die?". This WA will play sound and type "PlayerName Why you die?" to party chat every time someone in the group dies. Only works in mythic keystone dungeons. You might want to turn off the party chat function to not tilt people :)
You can change/disable the chat message and the sound WA plays under Actions tab. You have to download the sound file below (or use any other file you want). Go to your World of Warcraft folder then go into "_retail" then "Interface". Create a folder here named "CustomSounds" and copy the sound file you've downloaded below into this "CustomSounds" folder.
