This pack has two WA's. One for hunters with Wild Spirit (Night Fae covenant). And one for tanks.
The hunter part sends a whisper to either a predefined whisper target or the focus target, that tells the target to stand still for the duration of Wild Spirit.
The tank part reacts to whispers from the hunter part and checks the combat log for successful casts of the Wild Spirit ability, and shows a "stand still" message with a countdown.
