Alerts you when you have wrong covenant/soulbind equipped. In Custom Settings you can configure allowed covenants/soulbinds for each spec.
In talents menu from top to bottom:
Spec 1
Spec 2
Spec 3
Spec 4 (druid)
For example, "Spec 1" to configure Assassination rogue.
