Dynamically orders the spell queue automatically to optimize rising sun kick resets with the priority:
Renewing Mist if > 2
Rising Sun Kick
Blackout Kick
Tiger Palm
When Chi-Ji is summoned, optimizes rotation for crane stacks.
If you are talented into Spirit of The Crane, it defaults to maximizing mana from 3 stack blackout kicks.
