Place the sound file in the wow/interface folder, not in the addons folder.
The sound for this WA is under Dialog channel to change it for your liking here how:
1. type /wa in the chat and WA window will pop
2. Click on the zandalari regen and go to the "Action" tab
3. you should see the option "sound channel" and choose your sound channel you would have set.
4. close WA
