Describe the bug
im not sure if im missing something but as iv red from the changelog of V1.9.5 it should reintroduce the old behavior without having to enable any rules

sorry the reintroduction of old behaviour was experimental and not working and i ended up removing it as from 1.19+ it already requires a mod like Carpet-Fixes to reintroduce update suppression, and that mod also has a "pre 1.18 shadowing" rule
