do you have the mod installed on the client too?
if yes you need to have the advanced tool tips activated.

if not you should be able to see them in the lore tag of the item ( unless you have other mods that hide it on the client side )

the setDefault command will aply the carpet rule onle from the next server restart

plase run the same command without the setDefault to apply the rule to the current session

yes, I have a mod in the client, there is also a ToolTipFix mod, I tried removing it, but it didn’t help

i'll have to investigate this more once i get back from my vacation. it might be another mod overwriting the tooltips but i cant tell rn
