Textures off-color with 1.19.2 w/Rubidium & Oculus & Rethinking Voxels

I'm not expecting anything to come of this issue report. I'm just frustrated and hoping that it might help someone else to see the same problem as me.

I wanted to use blocks to make 45-degree paths with pleasing diagonals. So, I learned up some C&B and constructed a prototype using Smooth Polished Quartz and Black Concrete bits. Rotating was painful as the wrench provided by C&B was inadequate but in combination with Cyclic's block rotator I made it work.
Did I succeed? No. Look at the picture. The textures don't for the bits don't match at all. Cool mod, but pretty much useless for my purpose.
I'm not switching away from Rethinking Voxels, because IMO it's the best-looking and best-performing shader right now over the widest range of lighting conditions.
Yes, this is with Quark active, but only the "Management" module and only the "Hotbar Changer" feature within it.
It's almost like C&B gets the texture right but loses all the specular reflections for some reason. ๐
