A silly mistake on my part has resulted in Version 2 requiring inflate to inspect the version.

This wasn't intentional and wasn't caught until it was too late, so i'll need to preform another migration from Version 1 and Version 2 to a new "Version 3" which will store its format id outside of the compressed block.

In the meantime the format will be cached alongside the compressed data after its recovered from the stream. This should prevent major performance issues in the mean time.

But since I'll forget about it if I don't have a reminder I'll just leave this here for now, and who knows maybe I'll find something else useful to change before V3.
