Trying to build underwater is... very difficult.
Attempting to chisel any block just results in you chiseling the water block you're inside, you seemingly can't place chiseled bits underwater as it just tries to place it in the water block you're inside of (and deletes the bit and fills it with water?), and you can't place patterns because 'the block is not empty'.
Some way to make it ignore fluids for both placing and chiseling purposes would be great, since you can still get liquid bits as needed from the 'Chiseled Bit Storage'.

If this already exists, then I'd appreciate knowing how to do it. I'm new to the mod, and this was frustrating.
