Players in adventure mode and spectator mode can place bits

Minecraft Version: 1.18.1
Chisels and Bits version: 1.2.77
Has Optifine: No (But I do have Sodium and Indium, but rendering doesn't matter with this issue).

If a player holds a bit and then enters adventure mode or spectator mode, they can place that bit. However, even with a chisel, players in these two game modes cannot destroy bits.
