Tape measure boxes do not disappear when pressing key, even when rebound.

Tape measure box removal key worked once and then never again since. Can add measurements but not remove them. They are removed on re-entering world, though.

Seems related to #1012 and #1008 , which were closed, yet this issue persists. I can't remove the CTRL requirement on the bind and that seems to be related to the issue, since it doesn't register that as a keypress.
