Chunk Errors caused by "updateAllModelDataInChunk"

For the sake of cleaning shader incompatibilities from the list of possible causes, I have removed Rubidium and Oculus before getting the following logs and screenshots.
Upon attempting to load chunks with an unknown issue, chisels and bits outputs this set of errors.

Server logged nothing of note.
The world I am using for this has no corrupt chunks or recurring errors related to these chunks. These chunks share no consistencies with each other that I can think of aside from making heavy use of C&B blocks.

Unfortunately I don't have much more to go on, if the error is too generic and you have no insight, I'll see what I can do to cause it to happen in other worlds. As of right now I'm pretty time constrained so I thought I'd just test the waters here to see what is already known. There are some other mods in the Listeners list that could cause it. I'll have to really give it a proper go tomorrow or the next day. Anyways, keep it up!
Update: Teleporting out and back into the chunks does not fix them, but flying far away and unloading them, then loading them by flying back rather than teleporting seems to fix them for the time being.
Leaving the dimension and coming back causes the chunks to fail to load again. If teleporting directly into an effected chunk, your client will hang on "loading terrain" forever until you are teleported out of the effected chunk by the server.
