Failed to create mod instance [1.18.2 Server]

For any bug reports please provide the following details as well,
- MC Version: 1.18.2
- C&B Version: 1.2.83-113
- Do You have Optifine: no
Forge Version: 40.0.3
Other mods installed: no
Issue: None of the 1.18.2 Versions of Chisel & Bits can be loaded into my server as it says 'failed to create mod instance'.
I am not able to update the Forge Version on this server so i am trying to find a solution for said version!
Chisel & Bits is essential for my server so I'm kind of having a breakdown over it since I have never experienced this error before ^^'
