Crash when breaking a block from Create

Describe the Bug
My game crash when I break a block from create but it crash only client side.
I try on curseforge and multimc. It seem that with only create the crash doesn't happen but with other mods yes.
I also try on another computer but the game doesn't crash. My friends either doesn't crash. Only me is affected by this.
Reproduction Steps
- Place a block from create
- Break the block
- Crash happen
...
Expected Result
Crash without any crash reports, with nothing in logs and minecraft launcher close itself

Me too, I just want to play. I have been playing with cheat mode so I can destroy the block in creative mode and then switch back to survival.
