Describe the Bug

Pumps will switch directions when ever a few things happen

Reproduction Steps

1.relog into the world
2.place some type of cog connected to pump
3.restart a server
4,chunks unloaded and you just reloaded them

Expected Result

the pumps dont switch directions after being set

We added most of these after we found this bug and figured it would be fixed with the update.

This usually happens when the rotational power is going the opposite direction of the pumps, they can be fixed via wrench by turning them
