There are six types of meshes usable in the Sieve: String, Flint, Iron, Golden, Diamond, and Netherite.
Starting out
Ex Deorum's Void World preset starts you out on an Oak tree with a torch and a watering can. Good luck!
An Island with everything
Shown here is a cobblestone generator, a netherrack generator using Witch Water, Oak Crucibles melting leaves into water, sieves filtering through gravel, barrels composting apples and carrots into dirt, and porcelain crucibles melting stone into lava.
